Exton House

Extensive renovation including alterations and extensions to a Grade II Listed Building in the historic village of Exton near Corehampton. The property has Georgian origins with regency and vernacular extensions.

Our role was taken from initial concept through to completion. In simple terms, we prepared and submitted planning / listed building and building regulation applications. We then prepared all information for tender purposes and assisted the client / contractor through to practical completion. During the planning / listed building process we were responsible for liaising with the Local Authority Conservation Officer to achieve our client’s desired goal.


Hill Farm Cottage

Extensive refurbishment and extensions to a Grade II Listed Longhouse in the historic village of Ellisfield nr Basingstoke. The design uses traditional and modern methods which accord with the character of the host dwelling. Internally modern linings have been removed and replaced by traditional lime plasters to maintain the breathable nature of the external fabric.

We then prepared all information for tender purposes and assisted the client / contractor through to practical completion. During the planning / listed building process we were responsible for liaising with the Local Authority Conservation Officer to achieve our client’s desired goal.

Longwood Dean House

Refurbishment and extensions to a substantial Grade II Listed House in the South Downs National Park.

Our role was taken from initial concept through to completion. In simple terms we prepared and submitted planning / listed building and building regulation applications. We then prepared all information for tender purposes and assisted the client / contractor through to practical completion.

Hall Place

Conversion of a Grade II Listed barn to a residential annex. The design evolves a storage barn into a modern annexe which will serve a variety of uses which includes a home office / additional living accommodation and games room. Our approach employs traditional construction methods which accord with the character of this 18th century structure.

Our role to date includes preparing the initial concept and developing the design through to a full planning / listed building Consent. Liaison with the Consultant ecologist during the process and preparing construction / tender information for construction purposes. Our role post tender is to assist the client / contractor during the construction process – this project is due for completion early 2015.
